International orders ship via DHL or FedEx International Shipping, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are not included in the check-out.

These costs are based on the country of destination and not included in the price. Courier company will contact the buyer directly for any extra information needed for delivery and payment.

International shipment has a transit time of 4 to 10 days depending on the destination.

Please note we ship from Colombia, South America.

Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We are not able to ship to P.O. box addresses and cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted.
